Frequently asked questions

Drivers pickup and dropoff in front of your hotel or a location of your choosing. Your driver will arrive 15 minutes before the start time and will give you a quick call to let you know he/she is there.

What should I bring?

– Comfortable clothing. Remember that all our Cadillacs have a very efficient AC.

– Camera

– Swimsuit, towel, and water shoes if you plan to swim.

– Sunglasses

– Sunscreen lotion

– Spending money/cash for local crafts and tips

How long are the tours?

Our half-day tours are 6-8 hours long and our full-day tours are typically 10-12 hours long. This flexibility in time allows for our guests to select addiitional spots or stay longer at any location they’d like.

What vehicle do you use?

All of our vehicles are late model Luxury Cadillac Escalades that sit up to 6 guests.

Are tours customizable?

Absolutely! Because these are private tours, guests can add/change stops and see as much or as little as they’d like within the booked time frame.

What's a private tour?

Instead of booking your group by the seat in a large vehicle full of strangers with their own paces and agendas, we book you the entire vehicle with your own personal certified guide/driver that moves at your preffered pace and customizes the tour for you and you alone. Our private tours are safer, more comfortable, and endlessly customizable.
